We are looking for two new members to join our HR Partner Team, committed to creating a business- and solutions-focused people function that actively contributes to making our organization a great place to work.

Job Overview

Support the Human Resources team by enabling HR services. More experienced professionals will help improve HR functions through developing and implementing HR programs within an assigned geography, enhancing the efficiency of local processes and systems.

Essential Functions

• Support and participate in teams managing employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, practices, and procedures.
• Assist with new employee orientation under the guidance of senior team members.
• Manage employee files and support the development and implementation of local and global HR initiatives.
• Provide reports and analyses as requested by HR team members.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and issues.
• Build effective relationships with HR functions and Centers of Excellence, e.g., HRPSC, Finance PSC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in an office environment or HR function is an asset; 2-3 years of experience as an HR generalist is required for the HR Coordinator position.
• Knowledge of local employment legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS applications.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High discretion and confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-driven, efficient, and able to prioritize work.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and managers.
