Our growing HR department is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team.

Job Description

As a Junior HR Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting HR operations, including managing employee files and maintaining HR databases
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administration of HR-related processes
• Responding to incoming queries and managing assigned cases
• Preparing and processing HR documents
• Supporting other HR related tasks

Qualifications

We look for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Fluent English and Polish (both spoken and written)
• Some experience in HR administration would be a plus
• Basic knowledge and further focus on labor law
• Good command of MS Office (with a strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and confidentiality of information
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Personal integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information
