Junior HR Assistant (fixed term)

Your responsibilities

• You are part of HR Administration (for example printing, scanning, order & prepare employment documents).
• You contact new joiners with pre-onboarding (preparing documents, conducting medical checks, and registering in the HR system).
• You support other HR team members with preparing “Welcome Day” for new joiners.
• You provide administrative support regarding document processing, compiling/updating employee records, and HR systems.
• You interface with employees and guide them towards the right person.
• You are working with HR-related invoices – registering in the system and contacting vendors & finance teams.
• You support other team members with reporting activities.

Our requirements

• Good verbal and written business communication in Polish and English.
• Autonomous and proactive approach.
• Strong organizational & communications skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work with deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Previous administrative/HR experience will be an advantage.
