Junior HR & Recruitment Specialist
Your responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, collaborating with hiring managers)
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, industry portals, and Salesforce communities
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates with a focus on positive candidate experience
- Write job postings and maintain the candidate database
- Assist in preparing contracts and offers for candidates
- Support onboarding processes for new employees
- Prepare HR reports and update HR systems
- Participate in ongoing HR projects
Our requirements
- Minimum 6-12 months of experience in HR or recruitment
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Fluent in Polish and English (min. B2)
- Ability to organize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, independence, and focus on building positive relationships
