This is a fully remote role; you can work from home from anywhere in Poland. *What you will be doing:** How to be a valuable HR operational expert for the French market* Maintaining data on Workday and ADP Decidium, the most powerful HR database and Payroll systems* Working with labour country-specific regulations across Europe, with focus on France* End-to-end HR administration processes, including documents creation, templates update, procedures improvement, liaising with authorities* Maintaining timekeeping records and medical checks in compliance with established standards* Collaborating with Payroll Provider, Comp&Ben, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Public Institutions, Strategic and local HR Teams* Participation in HRIS projects (HR database enhancements) *What we are looking for:** Fluent French and English speaker* Curious about HR (and potentially) Payroll environment, eager for knowledge* Individual with accuracy and attention to detail, willing to work with data, regulations* Willingness to take ownership of knowledge build, using various sources* Willingness for potential development and support in basic payroll tasks* Excellent communication and team work skills Up to 12 months experience in similar positions (or in Customer Service in a BPO/SSC environment) will be a huge plus but we can teach you all you will need! #GBTjobs     *Location*Poland     *The #TeamGBT Experience*Work and life: Find your happy medium at Amex GBT.* *Flexible benefits* are tailored to each country and start the day you do.
