Are you ready to make it happen at Mondelēz International? Join our mission to lead the future of snacking and make it matter. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) DACH to support recruitment efforts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

This role offers exposure to various areas, including:

• Coordination & Operations: Manage external job postings, create employment contracts, organize background screenings, and process reimbursements. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and candidates to support every step of the recruiting process.
• Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, be the first point of contact for candidates, and guide them through the interview process from application to hire.
• Audit: Own the Talent Acquisition Audit process for TAC DACH.

What We Look For

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) supporting Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Experience in Administration, Customer Service, Recruitment Administration, or HR Administration.
• Interest or background in recruitment or human capital.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting to stakeholders and candidates.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependability and teamwork orientation.
