• 1st line tickets solving
• Staging and replacement of end user computers
• Installation & Troubleshooting - Hardware and Software
• Maintaining IT structure of Meeting Rooms and local IT Storage
• Support Mobile Phone Devices
• IT Admin & Facilities
• Hardware Management
• Actively support IT Asset Management
• Support Printers & Scanners
• Manage network cabling.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows-based PC hardware.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Fluent English language is fundamental.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• IT related higher education qualification (Last year of studies)
• Ability to travel across EU occasionally.
