As a Junior Health & Safety Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining high health & safety standards across two warehouses in Robakowo. Reporting directly to the Health & Safety Manager, you will work in an organization where safety is a genuine value and an integral part of the company culture. In this role, you will collaborate closely with all company departments and key external partners, contributing to a safe and compliant working environment. This position is unlimited and based in Robakowo.
What you’ll do
- Carry out tasks in line with occupational health and safety regulations, including coordinating workplace environmental measurements and updating risk assessments according to schedule.
- Implement the company’s Health & Safety strategy across two warehouses in Robakowo.
- Maintain up-to-date Health & Safety documentation, supported by digital and AI-enabled tools to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely updates, while actively fostering a strong safety culture.
- Act as a partner for all company departments on Health & Safety‑related matters, working closely with operations, maintenance, P&C, and other teams.
- Deliver Health & Safety trainings and workshops for employees at all levels.
- Organise mandatory, periodic Health & Safety, fire safety, and first aid trainings.
Qualifications
- Higher education or postgraduate qualification in occupational health and safety, meeting statutory Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- 2+ years of experience in a Health & Safety role, preferably in a corporate environment such as logistics or manufacturing.
- High level of accuracy, diligence and sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, solution‑focused mindset and assertiveness.
- Category B driving licence and willingness to use own car.
- Communicative level of English (minimum B1).
