We are looking for a Junior Global POS and Design Manager (m/f/d)to join our global marketing team. The role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

This role will report to the Senior Manager Global Brand Communications based in Switzerland.

Scope of the role

In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving shopper engagement and conversion through the development and execution of global Point of Sale (POS) displays, merchandising solutions, and support in packaging design projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and creating best-in-class POS materials, ensuring global consistency while enabling local market adaptation. In addition, you will support the smooth execution of artwork processes, and design-related tasks using basic AI and graphic tools. Operating within a dynamic international FMCG environment, the role requires close cross-functional collaboration with global brand marketing, sales, insights, and local market teams to enhance visibility, strengthen brand presence, and support category growth.

Responsibilities

Global POS and Merchandise Management (50%)

  • Plan, coordinate and design global POS materials and merchandise orders
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely deliveries, coordinate global orders and ensure cost efficient order procedures
  • Ensure markets use exclusively the Global POS and Merch, in case of exceptional local adaptations, ensure global design compliance
  • Track order fulfillment and budget alignment

Design Project Management and Creation of Basic Designs (30%)

  • Manage and coordinate artwork-related tasks within the Global Artwork Team, in close collaboration with local teams and agencies
  • Lead design projects from brief to execution in Filestage
  • Use AI, Photoshop and Canva as well as other tools to accelerate and inspire the design process
  • Ensure all packaging artworks comply with brand guidelines and regulatory standards
  • Act as the interface between marketing, design, printing, and regulatory teams to drive alignment and timeliness

General Global Marketing Support (20%)

  • Support daily operations of the full global marketing team, including:
  • PO creation and invoice processing
  • Budget tracking and financial accruals
  • Support with preparation of presentations, e.g. Annual Brand Planning presentation.

Profile

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing; Digital Marketing or Graphic design with proven practical experience in Project management
  • First experience (2 to 4 years) in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or brand marketing within the beverage or FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of off-trade retail dynamics and the role of POS in the shopper journey
  • Experience in developing and deploying global POS materials, with a track record of driving executional excellence
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple markets, agencies, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-market, balancing global consistency with local flexibility
  • Creativity and innovation mindset to design and POS visibility
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across different functions and geographies
  • Fluency in English is required; German and additional languages is a plus
