Zadania:
Supporting Global Clients throughout the end-to-end business transformation and transition journeyFocus on the execution of transition projects while providing strategic advisory in transition areasCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery from a transition perspectiveWork closely with Change Managers to facilitate the adoption of new processes and ways of workingDevelop and implement transition strategies and roadmaps tailored to project requirementsWymagania:
Experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering transition management projects - minimum 3 yearsStrong understanding of project management principles; certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)Deep insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, including best practices and industry standardsExcellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholder groups effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to develop compelling presentationsFluent in English; knowledge of French or German is advantageousOferujemy:
