Tasks

• Selling gadgets at the football stadium – on match day (usually Saturday or Sunday) and on designated days during the week
• E‑store maintenance: creating and entering product descriptions, updating photos, ensuring the highest UX
• Customer service – responding to customer inquiries via email and phone, handling returns and complaints
• Overseeing stock levels (recalculating assortments) and packing and shipping packages
• Receiving and unpacking orders from suppliers, verifying order compliance

Requirements

• Availability of min. 3/4 time
• Willingness to work non‑standard hours due to match days
• Knowledge of English on a communicative level
• Ability to operate a computer and cash register
• Conscientiousness and meticulousness
• Experience in operating online stores or CMS type systems or Symfonia program is welcome
• Interest in gadgets/sports will be an added advantage
• Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language
