The Role

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

Were looking for a Junior Frontend Developer eager to grow their skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Youll work across both our web application (React) and mobile app (React Native/Expo), learning to build great user experiences on any platform.

Youll work alongside experienced developers who will mentor you as you build real features that impact hundreds of organisations worldwide. This is a hands-on role where youll learn by doing — writing production code from day one.

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Experience with React (personal projects, bootcamp, or professional)
• Familiarity with component-based architecture
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and how frontend/backend communicate
• Git basics — commits, branches, pull requests

Nice to Have:

• TypeScript exposure
• Experience with Material-UI or similar component libraries
• Any exposure to React Native or Expo
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Any experience with testing (Jest, React Testing Library)

Mindset:

• Genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Comfortable asking questions and admitting what you dont know
• Takes ownership of tasks and follows through
• Open to feedback and keen to improve
• Proactive user of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) — we expect you to use these daily

• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
