Junior Forecasting Analyst & S&OP

As a Junior Forecasting Analyst & S&OP, you will support forecasting and planning activities across the business, working with data and collaborating closely with commercial and supply chain teams. You will join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees, offering a great environment to learn and develop within forecasting and S&OP.

In the role, you will help collect and analyse forecast inputs from sales, marketing and finance, including promotional effects, and support alignment of forecasts between different stakeholders. You will also contribute to reporting on forecast accuracy and key supply KPIs, as well as to the local S&OP process in cooperation with global supply chain teams.

This position is ideal for someone at an early stage of their career who enjoys working with data, learning how forecasting supports business decisions, and developing within a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Ensure data collection and analysis are performed with the right level of accuracy, frequency, granularity.
  • Drive continuous improvement to continually enhance the S&OP process.
  • Ensure data harmonization.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset, with the ability to work confidently with data and numbers.
  • Ability to understand relationships between marketing and sales activities, pricing, volumes, costs and basic financial metrics (e.g. earnings, cash flow).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build good working relationships across functions.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in a large, complex organisation and adapting to change.
  • Proactive, curious and able to work autonomously while managing priorities.
