For a client in the banking industry, we are seeking a specialist for the position of Junior Financial Operations Specialist, who will be responsible for working with documentation and processes related to the recovery of overpaid taxes for the companys clients (mainly from taxes on dividends and interest). Your task will be to submit applications to tax authorities, answer questions from clients and authorities, and support new clients in getting started. You will also participate in creating reports and help streamline processes.

Salary : up to 80 PLN/h + VAT

Employment type : B2B, UZ

Work model : hybrid (3 days a week)

Location : Poland, Warsaw

Recruitment process

Your daily tasks

1. Reconciliation, processing and submission of WHT tax claims resulting from dividend and interest payments made to our clients to tax authorities in various countries around the world
2. Preparing documentation in the tax recovery process
3. Supporting the implementation of new clients or processes
4. Building a safe environment for testing new solutions and thinking outside the box
5. Challenging processes to identify and mitigate risks

Minimum Requirements

• Min 0.5 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English
• Ability to organize work efficiently and in a timely manner
• Strong creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to develop and learn fast
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
