- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years of professional experience in Finance within a multinational environment (experience in Plant Controlling is a strong asset).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and system orientation (SAP experience preferred).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
- High adaptability and willingness to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).

,[Support Plant Controllers in managing financial administration of the plants., Assist in budgeting processes, including tracking material loss, inventory, and obsolescence., Monitor and analyze key operational measurements., Support the costing process and provide financial insights., Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for the plants., Contribute to identifying operational efficiencies and cost savings opportunities., Support audits (SOX), ensuring compliance with policies and recommending improvements., Collaborate with Plant and Operations Management to provide accurate financial data for decision-making., Occasional travel to plant sites may be required.
