Responsibilities
- Preparing financial data for monthly reporting.
- Participation in the month closing process (reserves calculation, analyses, reconciliations).
- Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the bookkeeping.
- Executing standard processes within the team according to the procedures.
- Preparing and booking journal vouchers.
- Reporting the company’s financial results (income statement, balance sheet).
- Preparing, improving and providing partners with monthly/quarterly reports.
- Assisting in performing internal controls including month‑end activities according to the control framework.
- Participation in improvement projects and identifying areas for improvement within the process.
- Undertaking research and analysis tasks and any other ad‑hoc duties related to general business and financial activities.
- Cooperating with auditors.
- Cooperating with strategic partners.
- Responding to ad‑hoc queries.
Requirements
- University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience (including internships) in a financial, audit, or accounting position with knowledge of balance‑sheet reconciliation.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge and skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
Working mode: Hybrid – 3 days per week from our office in Poznań.
