• Preparation of IFRS reporting financials for SPVs and supporting calculations
• Current support for senior controllers:
  • analysis of transactions for accounting treatment
  • review of accounts to ensure correct treatment and unification of accounting rules
  • assisting in implementation of new tools/reports for the expanding business
  • ad-hoc reconciliations
  
  
  





• Collaborating with external service providers
• Tracking and analyzing budget variances
• Participation of invoices approval process.

• Preferred experience in real estate sector (multinational exposure is an advantage)
• Experience in working on multiple SPVs portfolio
• Good understanding of IFRS and transition form Polish GAAP
• Experience in cooperation with external service providers
• Excel advanced (knowledge of PowerQuery, PowerBI are welcome)
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English
