Overview
Capital projects maintaining, fixed assets management, and related accounting activities for monthly closing and reporting. The role includes preparing documentation for audits, capex budgeting and control, and ensuring proper accounting treatment during AR creation and asset lifecycle processes. Collaboration with the supervisor and audit teams to support finance operations.
Responsibilities
- Capital projects maintaining: opening, reviewing, reporting
- Fixed assets creation in proper period
- Fixed assets management
- Preparation and conduction of fixed assets inventory process for site
- Preparing documentation for EY audits, corporate audits, SOX documentation
- Proper accounting treatment during AR creation
- Capex budget preparation and control
- Timely preparation of assigned accounting activities (e.g., JVs, accruals, month-end closing activities)
- Performing other tasks related to team responsibilities upon supervisor’s request
Your Background
- Master’s degree with major Accountancy, Finance, or Economics
- Knowledge of accounting standards
- Good analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and computer skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
