Junior Finance Specialist with German Miejsce pracy: Kraków Recruitment for Our Client is a global organization with strong expertise in finance, operations, and innovation, offering international career development opportunities in a diverse and collaborative environment. Your responsibilities Support daily finance and accounting activities Assist in invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation Respond to queries from suppliers, distributors, and internal stakeholders Perform basic financial calculations and data analysis Work with SAP and MS Excel to manage financial data Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures Maintain documentation and process guidelines Identify areas for improvement and support process optimization initiatives Cooperate with various departments such as Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service Employer requirements University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or during studies) First experience in finance, accounting, customer service, or business support is an advantage Very good command of English and German (written and spoken) Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel SAP knowledge is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills What employer offers Attractive salary & benefits: base pay, variable plan, private medical care, life insurance, lunch subsidy, sport cards, and employee stock purchase program.
