We are looking for a motivated Junior Finance Specialist to join our Poland Team. This role provides a great opportunity to develop a new high-tech brand and to use your expertise and creativity to contribute to the success of a fast-paced & dynamic structure operating like a start-up.

Job location: Warsaw, Poland

Responsibilities:

1. Review supporting documents and prepare calculations for promotion activities.
2. Keep communication with clients and sales department to solve data discrepancy issues.
3. Maintain control of the payment flow for several clients, collect all necessary documentation, and complete payments on time. Perform reconciliation procedures with clients and with Delivery & Logistics Teams.
4. Check budget applications and payment entries in the system. Prepare weekly reports and other reports based on Financial Managers requests.
5. Perform promo efficiency analysis.
6. Manage the companys accounts receivable, track, and collect overdue invoices.
7. Manage the companys credit notes and sort out the invoice deduction accounts.
8. Monitor the process of the CN transfer refund scenarios.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Audit, or other related fields.
2. Relevant experience in Finance and other related fields, >1 year.
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word, and PPT skills).
4. Language skills - English at a daily work use level; Chinese can be an additional asset.
5. Good analytical skills.
6. Strong communication skills and a team player.
