For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Your main responsibilities:
Processing PO and NON-PO invoices in the VIM system
Email and phone communication with stakeholders
Monitoring and managing overdue payments
Contacting clients to clarify payment status
Sending reminders and performing collection activities
What do we expect from you?
At least 1 year of experience in one of the following areas: collections, customer service, or accounts payable
Educational background in finance/accounting or completed accounting courses (an asset)
Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
Ability to work with Excel
Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach
