We're looking for a Junior Finance Controller who will join the team of our client – an international company located in Poznań.
As a Junior Finance Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Creating budgets and forecasts for international markets.
- Acting as a Finance Business Partner for key stakeholders.
- Performing cost optimisation activities – driving ongoing improvement efforts aimed at strengthening cost management and boosting operational performance.
- Supporting procurement activities by conducting financial analyses.
- Establishing and managing procedures for processing invoices.
Skills and experience:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a Controlling or FP&A department within a multinational environment. Experience in the retail and e-commerce sector will be a strong asset.
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis.
- Experienced in stakeholder management.
- Fluent in English.
