We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Partner to the Global Sales team to take the role as a maternity cover during 2025. This role, as part of 3Shape’s Global Finance team, is crucial in supporting our financial decision-making process and providing insightful analysis to improve business performance within the Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, great interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will functionally be part of the global Finance Partnering & Planning and Business Intelligence department, anchored within the CFO area, consisting of 16 engaged colleagues. Within the CFOs sphere, youll find an engaging, globally-oriented workspace that is committed to delivering value to 3Shape and to the professional growth of our team members. You will be based in our office in Szczecin and will work directly with 2 other very motivated members of the Global Sales partnering team (both based in Copenhagen).

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the VPs of all four Commercial Regions of 3Shape and their leadership teams (21 Country Managers) in finance and commercial related matters, including direct involvement in key projects;
• Assist in the design and preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans;
• Provide in-depth insights of financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic decision-making;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies, e.g. within pricing and promotions;
• Continuously improve processes and reporting to enhance analysis depth and accuracy;
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support strategic commercial initiatives and business planning;
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field;
• 0-3 years of experience as an Associate Finance Analyst, preferably in a multinational company, or similar;
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data;
• Commercially and strategically astute with good understanding of business operations and market dynamics, combined with solid financial understanding;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team;
• Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with PowerBI and various financial tools can be beneficial, though it is not a mandatory requirement;
• High attention to detail and accuracy;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in an additional European language can be beneficial, though it is not a mandatory.
