Junior Finance Analyst - Rate Management

Your responsibilities

• Maintaining rate card in Finance systems
• Cooperating with Pricing team in order to set up client/global agreements.
• Communication with internal & external customers according to Rate Queries
• Managing Finance User Access process
• Maintaining new lawyers set up in Finance system
• Seeking opportunities for process improvements
• Performing all activities in line with agreed timeliness
• Processing various ad-hoc requests related to Rate Management area

• Experience of working in a Global Service Centre environment will be a strong asset

Main responsibility of Rate Management Junior Analyst will be to support with operational tasks related to rate updates for clients and client-matters, including discounts, fee markups and VAT surcharges. The role will also take active part in process improvement and new technologies implementation.
