Junior Finance Analyst
Your responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial systems, including rate cards, supplier details, and new lawyer setups, in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with teams, such as Pricing, to set up client/global agreements and support supplier creation and updates.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to handle rate queries, confirm bank details, and address customer requests.
- Manage Finance User Access processes and handle various ad-hoc requests related to rate and supplier management.
- Ensure all tasks are performed within agreed timelines, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
- Proactively seek opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements.
- Assist with additional daily tasks as assigned by the Team Leader, ensuring compliance with company standards and guidelines.

- Experience of working in a Global Service Centre environment will be a strong asset
