Job Description Summary

The BD Technical Services organization delivers innovative, high-quality support and services to our customers through empowered and highly skilled teams. As a trusted partner, we help our customers to improve patient outcomes every day.

Responsibilities

• Based in Poland, with frequent travel across Europe
• Perform maintenance, installations, and upgrades of patient monitoring equipment
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Direct interaction with clinical and technical staff in hospitals
• Document interventions according to quality standards

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Biomedical or similar
• Previous experience in technical maintenance (good to have)
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
• Fluent in Polish, advanced English
• German language skills are a strong asset, especially for cross-border collaboration
• Proactive attitude, autonomy, and customer‑oriented mindset
