Job Title: Junior Financial Accountant
Location: Warsaw
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Company: Our client is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing top-notch financial services. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Accountant to join us.
Responsibilities:
- Transactional Level Processing: Accurately process financial transactions and ensure all entries are recorded in the system.
- Invoice Management: Enter invoices into the system and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved.
- Customer Contact: Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues related to financial transactions.
- Office Administration: Handle administrative tasks, including liaising with insurance companies and contacting suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Oracle will be a plus
