What we expect

• Great English communication skills (B1/B2) – both spoken and written
• General understanding of customs regulations or logistics processes
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong motivation to collaborate with international business teams
• Well-developed communication and organizational skills
• Experience with SAP would be an advantage

Your tasks

• Organizing parcel shipments via courier portals and transport companies
• Contacting carriers and couriers
• Ensuring the proper flow of materials within a specified timeframe with the correct documentation
• Invoicing shipped orders
• Carrying out customs clearance and complying with customs procedures for shipments outside the EU
• Representing the company in contacts with both internal and external clients
