We are seeking an enthusiastic eLearning Content Specialistto join our team on atemporary basisfor a3–6-month projectstarting from April 2024. As an eLearning Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating, updating, and managing digital learning materials. This position offers the flexibility ofremote work, with the possibility of occasional on-site collaboration at our company premises.

Responsibilities:

• Training and Familiarization: You will receive comprehensive training in course creator tool (Easy generator) and our Learning Management Systems (T2G (Crossknowlede) &Talent Learn (SAP SF Learn)).
• Content Migration: Download existing eLearning content from the old LMS system (T2G) and prepare it for re-creation.
• Content Creation: Re-create eLearnings as required under supervision of the Course owners and LMS project team.
• Content Publishing: Upload and publish eLearning content in our new LMS platform (Talent)
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with project managers and course owners to ensure seamless content migration.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Digital Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office is required, and experience with any course creator tool (such as Easygenerator, Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate) will be advantageous.
• Quick Learner: Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to learn new tools and processes swiftly.
• Self-Starter: Take initiative and work independently to meet project deadlines.
