Junior Document Verification Specialist (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Oversight of documentation collection from chemical raw‑material suppliers
- Verification and approval of vendor and product master data
- Analysis and validation of issued documents
- Preparation of documentation for rebranding processes
- Traceability tests and preparation of documentation for IFS certification
- Creation of LTSD documents (long‑term supplier declarations)
- Analysis of VAT rates in the system based on assigned customs tariff codes (CN codes)
- Rebranding documentation and management of sales/product documentation
- Completing quality and product questionnaires for customers in cooperation with other departments
Your profile:
- Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to thoroughly verify documentation
- Accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize work independently and make decisions
- Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with other departments and suppliers
- Good command of English (minimum B1), allowing work with documentation
- Higher education or currently studying (preferred fields: quality management, logistics, chemistry or related areas)
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of quality, product, and commercial documentation
