HR and Internal Communication Senior Manager, Sephora Poland & Czech Republic

As a Junior Media Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in shaping and executing media strategies for Poland and Czech Republic region and managing 360 media campaigns.

You will work cross‑functionally with all departments to create synergies across online and offline touchpoints and to achieve the business and communications goals. You must have in‑depth knowledge of the media landscape, both offline and online, with a focus on digital channels and preferably experience and/or interest within the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan all Sephora digital media campaigns (exc. performance, influencers) in cooperation with local e‑com team, social media local team, and Sephora EU media team for maximum synergy.
  • Be involved in all co‑advertising media campaigns of Sephora and brand partners – securing alignment with Sephora EU and brands, and managing related budgets.
  • Cooperate closely with Sephora local creative team to develop all creative assets related to managed campaigns.
  • Co‑own relationship with media agency, in cooperation with Full Funnel Media Manager.
  • Prepare media market & competitive analysis.
  • Support Full Funnel Media Manager in analysis and other tasks in constructing media & communication strategy.
  • Be the reference point for the media team for all new digital solutions, bringing knowledge and innovations to team’s attention.
  • Develop relationships with media suppliers and expand knowledge about the current product offering.
  • Ensure financial management processes are always excellent and met in a timely manner. Owns preparation and issuance of purchase orders.
  • Review the impact and efficiency of executed media campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience executing 360 media campaigns within the retail, beauty industry, or agency site.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office package with excellent skills in Power Point, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Google Analytics.
  • Fluency in English and Polish. Czech or French is an asset.
  • Understanding or experience in cosmetic or luxury market is preferred.
  • Superb analytical skills and ability to understand complex data.
  • Broad knowledge of media landscape in Poland and Europe, and in‑depth knowledge about digital media.
  • Fast learner, passionate about latest trends in digital media industry, and engaged in media community.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment whilst maintaining a partnership focus throughout.
  • Excellent organizational skills as the role requires running many projects/campaigns concurrently.
  • Proactive problem‑solving mindset but know when to flag issues or concerns with Full Funnel Media Manager.
