• Analytical preparation of service provider KPIs and strategic management of the day-to-day business of our delivery service providers.
• Operational management of the logistics service providers used for the areas of transport & shipping.
• Enhancement of the customer experience through continuous improvement of service quality.
• Forecast preparation in cooperation with other departments and regular coordination with service providers.
• Prepare peak phases to guarantee cargo space and service levels.
• Overseeing customs procedures and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
• Monitoring and optimizing transportation costs to enhance efficiency.
• Co-developing (sub-) projects to optimize core logistics processes in the transport area to maximize the profitability and success of logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree (preferably with a focus on supply chain) or completed vocational training in freight forwarding and logistics services.
• First professional experience in supply chain / logistics desirable.
• Very good MS-Office skills, especially MS Excel.
• Fluent Polish and German (C1) or English (C1).
• Market knowledge.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working.
