We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and maintaining accurate records of data into our systems. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency and organizational skills are essential, along with the willingness to learn and adapt to new software and processes. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in data management while contributing to the smooth operation of our organization.
Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of submitted data to ensure consistency and completeness, promptly identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
Accurately inputting various types of data into company software systems following established procedures and guidelines.
Following established data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards or industry best practices.
Actively seeking opportunities to improve data entry processes, efficiency, and accuracy through feedback, training, or self-learning initiatives.
Close cooperation with all stakeholders.
Perform other official orders related to the role of superiors resulting from the position.
No previous experience is required. Experience in similar role would be an asset.
Basic Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer operations, such as navigating through different software applications and using keyboard shortcuts, is necessary.
Communication Skills: Basic communication skills in English and Polish, mostly written, are beneficial for clarifying any discrepancies or seeking guidance when necessary.
Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines is important in a fast-paced data entry environment.
Basic Math Skills: Being comfortable with basic arithmetic operations can be helpful for tasks that involve numerical data entry or verification.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify and resolve issues independently or by seeking assistance when needed (required after gaining some experience).
Adaptability: Being open to learning new tools and processes as well as adapting to changes in data entry requirements or procedures is essential.
Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with colleagues, supervisors, or other departments as needed to ensure smooth data entry processes.
Ethical Standards: Maintaining confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive or proprietary information is crucial in this role.
