Position Description

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst who is passionate about driving data-based decision-making in marketing and sales. In this pivotal role, you will:

1. Automate Performance Reporting:
   
   - Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to track marketing campaign performance metrics.
   
   - Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and lead generation.
2. Deliver Personalized Marketing Insights:
   
   - Analyze customer behavior data to identify patterns and preferences.
   
   - Provide actionable insights to enhance personalized marketing strategies, tailoring content and messaging to specific B2B audiences.
3. Provide Impactful Insights and Recommendations:
   
   - Dive deep into data to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
   
   - Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing teams and stakeholders.
4. Steer Marketing Efforts and Optimize Campaigns:
   
   - Use data-driven insights to steer marketing efforts, optimize campaigns, and allocate resources effectively.
5. Leverage AI in Marketing Execution:
   
   - Explore AI and machine learning techniques to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Position Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in sciences, mathematics, computer sciences, economics, business, marketing or any related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (B2B preferred).
• Good SQL/Python skills, as well as good MS Excel and Power Point skills.
• Experience in visualizing results using interactive dashboards (e.g. Qlik, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Eloqua) is a plus.
• Ability to present results to stakeholders.
