This offer applies to the Authoring department which is responsible for creating spare parts catalogues for one of the leading car manufacturers. We are proudly taking a key part in the whole cycle, from adding service decisions to each part, through cataloguing, illustrating to providing support to our client as a help desk.



About You

• Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office package
• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and desire to achieve a high level of accuracy

• Knowledge about car construction and car parts
• Interest in the automotive area

• Analyzing, researching, and interpreting automotive OEM parts engineering data
• Issuing new OEM spare parts into global distribution
• Designing illustrations based on 3D visualizations
• Making decisions that have a key impact on parts stocking and availability for dealerships that are essential for routine maintenance, warranty, and post-warranty repairs
• Working on multiple resources (databases, technical drawings, technical specifications, 3D models)
• Liaising not only with internal departments, like customer support team, but also multiple customer departments and dealers
• Ensuring presented spare parts catalog content precisely reflects engineering data

• Improve your English skills in the field of the automotive industry
• Become proficient in using MS Office
• Learn new systems and dependencies between them
• Learn how to manage time and set priorities
• Extend your knowledge about car construction, service strategies, and car parts life cycles
