Junior Customer Service Specialist with GermanMiejsce pracy: Kraków

Tasks:

• Providing expert guidance on flight options, fares, and travel services tailored to customer needs
• Managing bookings, including changes and special requests, with care and efficiency
• Assisting users with navigating our website.
• Handling diverse customer inquiries through phone, email, and digital platforms with professionalism and empathy

Requirements:

• Fluency in both German and English (B2/C1 level or higher)
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and confident telephone manner
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service experiences
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus, but not essential
