Junior Customer Service Specialist with German (fully remote possible)

Your role and main tasks

The goal of the position is:

1. Professional handling and processing of inquiries from our German and Polish customers via email and telephone, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
2. Direct cooperation with our payment team to find the best solutions for customers and support for back-office tasks.

You will need

Professional requirements for the candidate:

1. Very good German skills, both spoken and written - grammatically correct (min. B2 level) are a must.

Personal requirements for the candidate:

1. Positive attitude towards the world and people.
2. Independence in solving queries.
3. Team-oriented approach.
4. Openness to work fixed hours within the time window of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and also to work on weekends.
