(Junior) Customer Service Specialist with German for Emails (fully remote possible)

Your role and main tasks

Customer Interaction via Email Only

Goal of the Position:

1. Responding to customer inquiries via email to achieve business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Daily Tasks of the Position:

1. Answer customer inquiries by email
2. Process claims and payments
3. Contact partners

You will need

Professional requirements for the candidate:

1. Very good German skills, both spoken and written - grammatically correct (min. B2 level) are a must
2. Experience in customer service is an asset (preferably in the e-commerce sector)

Personal requirements for the candidate:

1. Willingness and passion for working with customers
2. Customer inquiries are always dealt with extremely carefully and on an individual basis
3. Positive attitude towards the world and people
4. Independence in solving queries
5. Team-oriented approach
6. Openness to work fixed hours within the time window of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and also to work on weekends
