Junior Customer Service Specialist with German & English

Miejsce pracy: Poznań

Your responsibilities

  • executing product advices via live video calls, create quotes and close sales to web users passing a call;
  • ensuring a premium product and brand presentation throughout the Virtual Experience Center;
  • determining areas of improvement (standards, processes etc.) on a regularly basis;
  • handling regular consumer complaints;
  • creating reports and being point of contact for local sales units;
  • monitoring stock levels of appliances, products and materials and keeping Virtual Experience Center maintained and presentable.

Our requirements

  • very good level of written and spoken German (C1) and English (B2+),
  • very good communication skills and being sensitive to consumer needs;
  • relevant work experience in sales or customer service will be an advantage;
  • proactivity and self-efficacy;
  • team player able to work in cross cultural team;
  • ability to build relationships with consumers.
