The goal of the Position
Responding to customer inquiries via email to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
You will need
Professional requirements for the candidate:
Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written, with accurate grammar (minimum B2 level).
Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the e-commerce sector, is considered a plus.
Personal requirement for the candidate:
A strong passion for customer interaction, combined with a goal-oriented and customer-centric mindset.
Demonstrates a high level of dedication and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Committed to handling customer inquiries with exceptional care and personalized attention.
Possesses a positive and empathetic attitude.
Capable of independently resolving issues from initial contact to completion. A collaborative team player.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, within an 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM timeframe.
