Junior Customer Service Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Managing Customer Orders and Claims
• Performing analyses and reporting activities related with orders and claims
• Communicating with other departments to collect data or information
• Ensuring the quality of services at the level expected by Customer
• Contact with customers, company representation
• Dealing with daily inquiries from customers,
• Updating data in Flex systems and applications (Atlas, Baan, RP, Salesforce)

Employer requirements

• Fluency in English and Polish is a must
• Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated prior customer focused experience
• Experience in dealing with customers
• A team player, able to work collaboratively within the group
