Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the first point of contact for customers,
• Providing information on product prices and availability,
• Processing orders and customer complaints accurately and timely,
• Maintaining customer records in systems like SAP and CRM,
• Monitoring order status and proactively updating customers,
• Collaborating with other teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth service,
• Analyzing processes and suggesting improvements,
• Participating in projects and implementing new initiatives.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in customer service or willingness to gain it,
• Proficiency in Dutch, Turkish, Swedish, French, German, Ukrainian, or Russian (min. B2/C1),
• Proficiency in Polish (min. B2),
• Basic knowledge of English (min. B1/B2),
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus,
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills,
• Good organizational and time management skills,
• Strong customer orientation.
