For this role, you are required to work from the Warsaw office 2 days a week, the rest is work from home.

A Day in the Life

• Monitoring of blocked orders and ensuring block lifting in a timely manner to enable prompt product shipment and invoicing.

• Handling queries and maintaining smooth ongoing communication with internal partners (Regional Office, Sales Force, Order to Deliver Team, Order Entry Lab, Pricing Team, Inventory, Order Entry Factory, Returns Factory and Disputes Factory) via Outlook or SAP CIC.

• Handling reports & performing follow-up actions for open orders at agreed frequency and accuracy.

• Working in SAP ECC & CIC environment.

Must Haves

• At least B2 level in Italian and English

• Detail-oriented and quality-focused

• Adapting well to a dynamic work environment

• Displaying a can-do attitude and interest in continuous process improvement

• Able to work under time constraints

Nice to Haves

• Experience in working on SAP (ECC, CIC)

• Experience in the Customer Service area
