Junior Customer Service Representative with English

Hudson RPO is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading multinational company dedicated to providing unparalleled service and support to our valued customers.

As a Customer Service Representative , you will serve as the frontline contact between our company and our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building positive relationships.

The client offers a hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office) with the office located in Wola area.

What Youll Do:

1. Receive and process incoming orders, returns, and transfers.
2. Respond to customers complaints promptly and professionally.
3. Run reports according to established procedures.
4. Handle inquiries and technical problems related to order execution.
5. Assist customers across various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
6. Share knowledge and experience to improve processes and procedures.

About You:

1. Some previous experience in customer service and/or a strong eagerness to learn and grow in this field. We welcome applications from students of all majors.
2. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Experience in order or complaint/credit management is preferred.
4. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
5. Capable of making sound decisions within established procedures.
6. Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Internet applications.
7. Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is a plus.
