Junior Customer Service Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Customer Service Representatives to join our team! If you have up to 1 year of experience and are fluent in English, we want to hear from you.
Position Details:
- Experience: Up to 1 year in customer service
- Language: Fluent English
- Location: Anywhere in Poland (100% remote work)
- Equipment Pickup: First day in Gdynia or Wrocław
- Salary: 5500 – 6500 PLN gross
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Handle incoming calls from UK customers, with occasional outgoing calls
- Assist customers with banking services, including account management, account closures, data verification, and document completion
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Up to 1 year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
