Your tasks
- Generate and process invoices based on sales or service agreements
- Following up on payments with clients regarding outstanding invoices.
- Resolving invoice disputes - address and resolve any issues related to invoices or
payments, working with clients or internal departments. - Build and maintain relationships with internal and external Customers
- Verify pricing and ensure accuracy in line with contracts
- Proactively manage invoicing in the ERP system and suggest improvements
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Reconcile accounts and support with bookkeeping and payroll
- Collaborate with sales, accounting, and logistics teams
- Ensure timely reporting of claims, POD returns, and charge deviations
- Provide cover for other operations team members when needed
- Attend internal and external meetings when required
- Support Branch Manager with ad hoc administrative duties
