  • Familiarity with FMCG or international logistics is a plus

Your tasks

  • Generate and process invoices based on sales or service agreements
  • Following up on payments with clients regarding outstanding invoices.
  • Resolving invoice disputes - address and resolve any issues related to invoices or
    payments, working with clients or internal departments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external Customers
  • Verify pricing and ensure accuracy in line with contracts
  • Proactively manage invoicing in the ERP system and suggest improvements
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Reconcile accounts and support with bookkeeping and payroll
  • Collaborate with sales, accounting, and logistics teams
  • Ensure timely reporting of claims, POD returns, and charge deviations
  • Provide cover for other operations team members when needed
  • Attend internal and external meetings when required
  • Support Branch Manager with ad hoc administrative duties
