As a Junior Customer Care Specialist , you will be responsible for customer care via various channels (telephone, email, and messenger). This position requires communication skills, empathy, solution-finding skills, and good planning and task management. It is essential to have fluency in Czech/Slovak. This position is unlimited and located in Warsaw .

WHAT YOULL DO

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing assistance during the purchasing process.
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
3. Liaise with courier companies to clarify shipment details.
4. Collaborate with other departments within Westwing.

YOU COME WITH

1. Fluency in Czech or Slovak.
2. An empathetic attitude and a strong desire to help others.
3. Excellent listening skills.
4. Strong organisational abilities.
5. Communicative English at a minimum B2 level.
6. Basic Polish language skills.
