Siemens Financial Services GmbH will establish a Shared Service Center (SSC) in Warsaw. The Junior Customer Account Associate with Finnish supports the day-to-day financial operations of the Shared Services Center by assisting with the processing and reconciliation of customer payments across European markets. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals starting their career in finance or accounting, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.
Youll create impact by:
✅ Allocating standard, non-complex incoming payments to the correct customer accounts and invoices
✅ Supporting the resolution of unallocated cash by gathering information and communicating with internal teams, and occasionally with customers
✅ Processing customer refunds in accordance with company and local regulatory requirements
✅ Recording all incoming payments accurately and resolving discrepancies
✅ Supporting the preparation of domestic and international bank transfers
✅ Assisting in monitoring company bank accounts and preparing top-ups as needed
✅ Sending and monitoring payment orders in electronic banking systems
✅ Assisting in resolving rejected transfers and verifying payment statuses
✅ Providing transfer confirmations to internal and external stakeholders
✅ Participating in training and development activities to build knowledge of SSC processes and tools
Your success is grounded in:
✅ Good communication skills in English and Finnish
✅ Up to 1-2 year of experience in a finance or accounting role, experience in working in SSC will be an asset
✅ Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
✅ Basic understanding of financial processes and banking operations
✅Additional knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian will be a plus
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP or banking systems is an advantage
✅ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
✅ Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment
