Your role and main tasks:

Goal of the Position:

• Inspire, activate and develop customers on the German market of limango

• Coordinate between stakeholders to ensure smooth processes

Daily tasks of the position:

• Working in an international team

• Creative, convincing communication of our daily changing campaigns on our various channels (newsletter, push, in-app, in-shop)

• Planning and implementation of communication measures in consultation with stakeholders

• Creative copywriting and graphic briefings

• Monitoring and analysis of KPIs with the aim of strengthening customer engagement and our business figures

Projects of the position:

• Optimization of workflows between departments to establish more efficient collaboration

• Develop new communication strategies to optimize success

• Management of seasonal projects such as Easter, Black Friday or Christmas in coordination with CRM managers from the other markets Poland and the Netherlands

You will need:

Professional requirements for the candidate:

• First experience in Marketing or Communications

• Understanding of the target group

• Experience with KPIs and Excel

• German as native language and fluent in English

• Nice to have: degree in Marketing, Communication or similar

Personal requirement for the candidate:

• Reliable, detail-oriented, organized and well-structured work style (high sense of responsibility)

• Creative mind: sensibility for designs, texts but also creative solutions

• Communicative team player: we work hand in hand and achieve great success together

• Flexible, can adjust well to short-term adjustments

• Stress resistance (periods can get busy)

• Interested and motivated to learn and act
