Position

Junior Creative Marketing Manager – join a growing marketing team experimenting with product impact.

Responsibilities

• Generate and implement new creative ideas – full cycle production from concept to final release.
• Conduct market and competitor research – identify insights, mechanisms and new approaches for creative execution.
• Evaluate creative performance (CTR, CPA, CPM etc.) and propose changes – idea, format or presentation to improve effectiveness.
• Learn to create compelling ads that deliver results.
• Work closely with designers and marketing specialists to launch new ideas quickly and with high quality.

Qualifications

• First experience or internship/training in marketing, creative, SMM or related fields.
• Strong idea generation and passion for creating new concepts.
• Interest in Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google advertising.
• Data‑driven – desire to analyze results and make decisions based on data.
• Clear communication and openness to feedback.
• Driver who thrives on new challenges, fast pace, and responsibility for results.
• English proficiency B1 or higher.
